Every figure below is a manufacturer specification read off the listing itself. The judgments are ours.

What the specification says

Twelve carbide-tipped bits on 8 mm (0.31 in) shanks, part number 09012.

The honest arithmetic

Twelve bits at €60 is €5 each. Four good bits bought individually is €120 to €150. The set is not better value per bit — it is a cheaper way to find out which bits matter to your work.

The price spread

€60 in Germany, €89 in Britain, €100 in Spain, €104 in France, €128 in Italy. More than double from one end of Europe to the other, for the same reference.

What comes up most often

Are sets a false economy?

Partly. Most owners use a straight bit, a roundover, a flush trim and a rebate bit, and leave the ogees and the classical profiles in the case forever. But at €5 a bit, discovering that costs less than buying four good bits and finding you needed a fifth.

When should I buy singly instead?

Once you know what you use. A good single bit outlasts several cheap ones, cuts cleaner, and can be resharpened — and by then you know which four are worth it.
