The end of it The value entry into a track saw you can actually buy in six countries. The ecosystem is the compromise.
Every figure is a manufacturer specification, read off the
listing itself, and the judgments are ours — drawn from how the
specification behaves in this class of machine and from what long-term
owners consistently report. Where a figure is missing, we say so rather
than fill it in.
What the specification says
1,400 W. Part number TTS1400. Nothing else is published on this listing.
The rail is the purchase, not the saw
A track saw is bought once and lived with for a decade, because the rail
system is what you are committing to. Rails are not reliably
interchangeable between brands: the rib the saw rides on differs in
width and profile, and a saw running on a rail it was not cut for gives
you a chipped edge on the good face.
Two consequences. First, compare systems, not saws — the cost of the
extra rails, connectors and clamps you will buy over ten years dwarfs
the difference between two machines. Second, the splinter strip on a new
rail is a consumable that must be trimmed by the saw that will use it,
before the first real cut.
Triton’s system is smaller than the others here. That is the real cost of the
low price, and it will not matter at all if you buy one rail and never extend
the system — which is what most people do.
Availability
Catalogued and unsold: the American Amazon shop lists the reference with nobody behind it.
Read from Keepa on the day this page was last revised; stock and price both move without notice.
The good side, and the catch
Strengths
One reference and one EAN across all six markets
1,400 W matches the professional saws here at a third of the price
Compromises
The listing publishes the motor rating and nothing else
Rails and accessories are a smaller ecosystem than Festool or Makita

What comes up most often
Is Triton a serious brand?
It is a genuine tool maker with a long history in router tables and workshop machinery, not a marketplace label. What it does not have is the rail and accessory ecosystem that Festool, Makita and Bosch have built, which is the thing you are really choosing between in this category.
Why is the French price so much higher?
We recorded €260 in Germany and €413 in France on the same reference and EAN. We have no explanation and will not invent one — check your own market, which is what the button on this page does.

Who buys this one, among woodworking machines
A first track saw where the rail ecosystem matters less than the price
Specifications: the manufacturer sheet for woodworking machines and the matching Amazon product page. Prices and availability: Keepa. Every figure on this page names its source.
The saw the whole category is measured against, in a Master Edition Systainer — and the one whose accessory range genuinely justifies the ecosystem argument.
Best for: A workshop already inside the Festool system, or one committing to it deliberately
