No, and that is the useful thing about the number being published. A planer or a table saw producing bulk chips wants several hundred cubic meters per hour at its 100 mm (3.94 in) port. 120 m (394 ft)³/h is in the region of a domestic vacuum, which is the right region for a sander and the wrong one for a planer.
