Because a gap is information. This machine appears in searches, it is stocked across Europe, and a reader comparing it against the saws above deserves to know that the comparison cannot be made on published figures. We could have inferred the missing numbers from other saws in the range and nobody would have noticed. That is precisely the practice this site exists not to follow.
260 mm (10.2 in) is the largest blade on this page, which implies the deepest cut here; implies, because Makita does not state it. The stand is included, which removes a purchase that is otherwise awkward and overpriced. And Makita’s spares and service network in Europe is genuinely one of the reasons to choose the brand for a machine you intend to keep — parts exist, and they exist in ten years.
The same reference, the same EAN, resolved at roughly €890 in Germany and over €1,600 in France on the day we checked. Nothing about the machine differs. On stationary machinery sold partly through third-party sellers, that spread is common, and it is worth several hundred euros to check your own market rather than assume.
